AI Resume Refine is operated by LOFRA LTD, registered in UK. The website provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for document optimization using Artificial Intelligence.

AI Resume Refine provides digital tools for document refinement.

• ●Product is available instantly, and is usable for 1 month after the purchase is made.
• ●User Content: You retain ownership of the original text and data you upload.
• ●AI Output: We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the refined documents generated by our AI for your personal career purposes.
• ●No Agency: We are not a recruitment agency and do not represent you in any employment negotiations.

To use the AI features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• ●Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• ●The accuracy of the data you provide to the AI.
• ●Account Misuse: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that use automated scripts to "scrape" our AI outputs or attempt to reverse-engineer our optimization algorithms.

• ●Taxes: Prices include VAT where applicable, based on your location (EU OSS rules).

• ●Processing: Access to the AI refinement tools is granted immediately upon payment.
• ●Uptime: We strive for constant availability, but AI processing may be subject to third-party API latency or server maintenance.
• ●Storage: We provide a dashboard to save your refined resumes, but we recommend downloading and backing up your final versions locally.

In accordance with EU consumer law, because the AI performs the refinement task immediately upon your request, you expressly consent to begin the performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (refund) once the AI generation process has started. All sales are final, except for documented technical failures.

Bank transfer payments on this website are handled by our authorized payment remittence processing agent, Platinumedge Technologies Ltd., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (incorporation number BC1465210). When you pay by bank transfer, the beneficiary account shown at checkout belongs to Platinumedge Technologies Ltd., which receives the funds on our behalf and remits them to us under a written services agreement. Payment is considered complete once funds are received in the designated account. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, AI Resume Refine shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify AI Resume Refine against any claims or legal fees arising from your use of the platform to generate fraudulent credentials or your breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend your access if you violate our Fair Use policy (e.g., excessive AI requests that suggest bot activity) or if payment is retracted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of UK. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Manchester, UK unless mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction dictate otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect new AI capabilities or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
